In a sea of green at River Park North

River Park North

Only seven units are left at River Park North, a 56-unit townhouse development in Irving Park, according to Lynn Weekley, of @properties, which is marketing the project.

The final phase of the development was introduced in November and features three- and four-level townhomes with two to four bedrooms.

The Rezmar Development Group project, at 2711 W Irving Park Rd, is surrounded by green space. It’s bordered by Horner Park on the north (across Irving Park Road), the Chicago River on the east and California Park on the south and west. The units also have private yards that open onto a riverfront path.

Features of the condos include oak or cherry hardwood floors, granite counters, stainless steel appliances and recessed lighting. There are also private balconies and rooftop decks, as well a two-car garage and a two-car parking pad for each townhouse.

Three-level homes at River Park North start in the $490s and four-level homes start in the $600s.

That neighborhood’s come a long way – the park is also in terrific shape these days.

sounds good, but looks more like a sea of garage doors.

You sure that isn’t a sea of blacktop? Can’t wait to walk around barefoot on an August afternoon!
