For two years now YoChicago has allowed unlimited, uncensored, anonymous comments. Overall, that’s been a good thing, and we hope to continue that policy.
Our openness has, however, attracted several readers who repeatedly contribute nothing but pointless, mindless negatives. I’ve repeatedly addressed those individuals and asked them to clean up their act.
This morning, for the first time, I sent 5 comments from one of those individuals into our spam filter. I’ll continue to do that as conditions warrant.
