- 1,063 to 1,406 square-foot two-bedroom / two-baths priced from the $390s to $710s. Monthly assessments from $465.
- 1,803 square-foot two-bedroom / three-baths priced at $1.49 million. Monthly assessments of $731.
Deeded indoor parking spaces sell for $40,000 to $42,000, with $66 monthly assessments.
