Price points for the one- and two-bedroom units in the FitzGerald Associates-designed tower at 8 E 9th St include:

One-bedrooms:

  • 565 to 823 square-foot one-bedroom / one-baths priced in the $230s to $410s. Monthly assessments from $231.
  • 852 square-foot one-bedroom / two-baths with dens priced in the $330s to $360s. Monthly assessments from $343.
  • 993 square-foot one-bedroom / 1.5-baths with dens priced in the $380s to $400s. Monthly assessments from $384.

Two-bedrooms:

  • 1,063 to 1,406 square-foot two-bedroom / two-baths priced from the $390s to $710s. Monthly assessments from $465.
  • 1,803 square-foot two-bedroom / three-baths priced at $1.49 million. Monthly assessments of $731.

Deeded indoor parking spaces sell for $40,000 to $42,000, with $66 monthly assessments.
