All 50 units in the development went in 60 days, including 26 on the first weekend. Genna Hill, sales and development associate with @properties, attributes Mildred’s success in part to its location and the uniqueness of a courtyard condo building in Lincoln Park. We doubt price tags starting in the $190s hurt much, either. Closings start next week, with first occupancy planned for the end of the month.
