There’s been a recent spate of new listings at the development, including a 3-bedroom, 3-bath townhome at 2440 W Bross Ave priced at $208,000. That’s a steep discount from the asking price at McKinley Gardens II six-and-a-half years ago, but in line with recent resales in the first phase.
According to the listing, the current developer is T2 Construction. The Illinois Secretary of State reports that T2 Construction Inc was involuntarily dissolved a dozen years ago. An OSHA news release from two years ago indicates that T2 G.C. LLC does business as T2 Construction. According to the news release, OSHA was proposing to fine the company $141,600 for failing to protect its workers from asbestos hazards.
