Prices have dropped once more at Mondial, 910 W Huron St, albeit by modest amounts compared to what we saw last year.
Over the summer, @properties announced cuts of 20 to 30 percent on select units. Those cuts resulted in more than 24 sales in the building, the brokerage says. Now priced have dropped another 5 to 10 percent, a move that “positions Mondial for first-time buyers.”
One-bedroom condos now start in the $170s, one-bedrooms with dens in the $250s, two-bedrooms in the $320s, and three-bedrooms in the $450s. Indoor parking is available for $9,000 per space. Financing is available through Wells Fargo Home Mortgage.
The homes feature living areas with hardwood floors, floor-to-ceiling windows and ceiling heights of 9′-4″ to 12′; Avanti kitchens with Italian wenge wood cabinetry, KitchenAid stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and Grohe faucets; and master baths with marble tile and countertops, Italian cabinetry, Toto toilets and Grohe fixtures.
