Renters have started moving into the western tower at Alta at K Station, located at 365 N Jefferson St in the Fulton River District.
According to Leasing Director Sam Barlog, Lincoln Property Company and the Fifield Companies will focus on leasing out Alta’s 39-story, 420-unit west tower this spring, saving announcements about prices and delivery dates for the 41-story east tower at 555 W Kinzie St until sometime this summer.
Club K, the retail and amenities space that links the two Alta towers, has opened as well.
Starting prices at Alta had ranged from $1,295 a month for studios to $3,100 for two- and three-bedroom penthouses, but Lincoln is in the process of rolling out newer rates, Barlod says. I should have those for you later this week.
