New Bridgeport homes steps from world-class art

Bridgeporters are known for their love of local sports – baseball, football and the sport that ain’t beanbag. They’re also becoming known as lovers of innovative art.

The Zhou B Art Center, which recently celebrated its 10th anniversary in Bridgeport, draws visitors from around the world and has helped spawn a growing gallery and art scene in the neighborhood.

The Zhou B center is a few short blocks from Lexington Homes’ new townhomes at Lexington Square 3 and single-family homes at Lexington Place 2.

Lexington Square 3 townhomes start at $384,990 and Lexington Place 2 single-families at $519,990.

I almost rented a studio a few years back down there. I like the art scene and the artists but it just feels kinda isolated.
