Wexner-Greenberg Associates has announced the grand opening of Sheridan Boardwalk Condos, a 40-unit conversion underway at 6102 N. Sheridan. The project, just steps from the lake, has units with one or two bedrooms and one or two baths.
Features include maple floors, marble baths, laminate closet systems, stainless steel appliances, granite counters and some balconies. The building has a roof deck, exercise room and hospitality room. Prices range from the $160s to the $240s, with covered parking available for $18,000. Sales are being handled by Beth Wexner and Mary O’Connor, of Sudler Realty Services.
The grand opening is scheduled for Feb. 1.
