Last time we visited the Prairie District’s Marshall Field Jr. Mansion, the circa-1890s Queen Anne was still looking a little rough around the edges, but now the building has been restored to its Gilded Age glory (including the requisite wrought iron fence to keep the commoners out). As we’ve told you before, developer UrbanStreet Properties has converted the 30,000-square-foot mansion once enjoyed by the son of Marshall Field into four duplex and two simplex condos. Prices range from the $870s to $1.6 million.
