Developer Bernard Katz & Associates has begun a pre-construction sales program at Mainstreet Station Condominiums, a 71-unit condo development at Main Street and Chicago Avenue in Evanston. The nine-story building, the design of which can best be described assssdddddddfsfgkj;s… sorry, I dozed off for a bit there. Anyway, the developer has already started rolling out some nice incentives for potential buyers: the first five buyers get $5,000 in upgrades and pay no maintenance fees for a year, the second five get $2,500 in upgrades and no fees for a year, and the 11th through 15th buyers will get the $2,500 and no fees for six months. Additionally, one of those first 15 buyers will be chosen at random to receive a free parking space.
