In an effort to bring the most and best coverage of real estate in Chicago, we’re always cooking up new ideas and, in this case, bringing in new contributors. In this video, our in-house graphics man Tony Ham finds a unique new construction project on an irregularly shaped lot in Andersonville.

Seems like a big waste of land not to develop out the rest of the lot
