Alliant Properties, Inc. is planning eight new condos at The Village at Tri-Taylor, a five-story brick-and-masonry affair with two ground-floor retail spaces. The building, at 900 S Western Ave, is designed by David A. Schaefer Architects.
The two-bedroom two-bath condos are slated for occupancy this winter. Prices range from $287,900 to $314,900 for the top-floor units. All the condos are available, according to Carola Del Rio of Jameson Realty Group, which is marketing the project.
Each unit has private elevator entry, Del Rio says. Other features include pre-cast concrete construction, oak floors, private balconies, 10-foot ceiling heights and storage. Fireplaces are optional, and parking is available for $15,000.
A second phase of 32 units is planned across the street at 915 S Western Ave, Del Rio says. It’s slated for completion about 15 months after the first building starts deliveries. It will also have a retail component.
