New Museum Park highrises sell 50% of their condos within days

We knew the Museum Park development of highrises in the South Loop was hot. But this hot?

The new 1600 Museum Park opened sales over the weekend and was 50 percent sold in just two days, according to developer The Enterprise Companies. One Museum Park West, the upscale companion to the luxury highrise One Museum Park, also is 50 percent sold after a week on the market.
There are now 11 highrise developments at varying stages of construction at Museum Park, so the area (just south of Grant Park) will probably be officially designated a neighborhood sometime soon.
