Ranquist Development‘s newest community has been generating a lot of buzz, based on its location and Ranquist’s track record of creating sophisticated, flexible, contemporary homes at approachable prices. The homes are on a residential stretch of Milwaukee Ave, steps from the Grayland Metra stop.
The Basecamp homes, which will be built around a private park, are pre-completion priced from $479,900 and slated for occupancy in spring of next year.
Buyers at Basecamp Old Irving Park can select from two plans: one with 4 bedrooms, 3 baths and the other with 5 bedrooms, 3 baths. All homes will have detached 2- or 3-car garages and private yards.
