Today’s e-mail update included a flurry of new construction offerings, including 3 listings at 4909 N Ravenswood Ave overlooking the Metra tracks in Ravenswood.

Unit 3S is a 3-bedroom, 2-bath “penthouse” condo with 1,700 square feet and hardwood flooring throughout. The unit includes a “massive front terrace,” rear balcony and roof deck. One garage space is included in the $425,000 list price and an additional outdoor space can be purchased for $15,000. Assessments are estimated at $200 a month.

Just up the street, priced at $450,000, Unit 1 at 5003 N Ravenswood Ave is an “extra wide” west-facing corner townhome with 3 bedrooms, 2 ½ baths and a family room in 2,000 square feet of space. The home has a cathedral-ceilinged master bedroom, a large fenced yard, a roof deck and a 2-car detached garage.

The townhome ownership is fee simple, but there is an association with assessments of $80 a month. The home sold in 2006 for $485,000. The home, pictured above, is listed with Prudential Rubloff’s Maureen Moran.
