It’s common for a new apartment towers to hold a grand opening party shortly after the first residents take occupancy.
It’s very uncommon for a new building to be nearly 80% leased at the time of the grand opening party, but that was the story at the grand opening event at Jeff Jack last week.
Hundreds of residents, prospective renters and real estate professionals sampled offerings from local restaurants, visited furnished model apartments, and mingled around the indoor pool and its adjacent terrace, the large resident lounge, the fitness room, the media room and the green roof retreat.
All of the studio and convertible apartments at JeffJack have been rented and just over of the building’s 190 apartments remain available.
The remaining 1- and 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartments have a loft aesthetic, very efficient and livable layouts, high ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, hardwood floors, in-unit washer / dryers and stylish kitchens and baths.
