On the way to work yesterday I noticed that a few banners were still up on The Edison Grand at 711 W Grand Ave. According to @properties agent Rich Divito, the last remaining condo in this 15-unit building has two bedrooms and two baths, and it’s listed in the $520s.
The 1550-square-foot condo is on the fifth and top floor, and it has two balconies. Garage parking is an extra $25,000.
