The site of Five Star Development’s lofts at 1739 N Milwaukee Ave looks awfully quiet these days. The eight new units in Bucktown (or “the heart of Wicker Park,” as Conlon agent Rich Kasper advertises on his Web site) were supposed to be ready for occupancy this summer.
Kasper still has two homes listed at 1739 North Milwaukee: a 1,647 square-foot three-bedroom / two-bath priced in the $520s, and a two-bedroom / two-bath in the $440s.
