Stonemason Group received a Good Neighbor Award this year for its ongoing Renaissance on Kimbark development in the 6400 and 6500 blocks of South Kimbark Avenue in Woodlawn. According to @properties agent Hasani Steele, two of these eight-flats have sold out in the past year, with a third under construction and already half-sold and a fourth almost ready to break ground.
