Sales update: Eight townhomes left at Union Row

Union Row, 622 W 16th St, Chicago

New prices and approval for FHA-backed financing have paid off for Belgravia Group‘s Union Row. Seven buyers have signed contracts for new townhomes over the past six weeks, and the development is hosting 25 to 35 visitors a week, says Belgravia Vice President Zev Salomon.

Thanks to these new contracts, Union Row’s “A”-tier townhomes — three-bedroom / 2.5-bath units with 2,288 square feet — have completely sold out. The eight homes remaining come in four different floor plans with three or four bedrooms, 2.5 to four baths, and 2,366 to 2,901 square feet.

Prices range from the $370s to $520s, representing reductions of as much as 31 percent off original list prices. With FHA-backed financing, buyers can purchase many units with down-payments of just 3.5 percent.

Union Row’s model at 622 W 16th St is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
