Sales update: T-minus seven at CMK’s 1720 South Michigan

CMK Companies’ South Loop high-rise 1720 South Michigan is so close to the finish line. According to CMK Realty Managing Broker Scott Hoskins, the 498-unit building at 1720 S Michigan Ave is just seven sales away from complete closeout.

Prices in the 33-story, Brininstool & Lynch-designed tower range from the $210s for a one-bedroom condo to the $380s for a three-bedroom. Each includes one space. Five of the units are furnished as models and can be toured seven days a week.

1720 South Michigan has been approved for FHA-backed loans, allowing buyers to finance their homes with 3.5-percent down payments.
