Start of construction spurs sales at 1345 Wabash

by sponsored post on 8/1/14

The new 15-story condominium at 1345 Wabash in the South Loop has begun to rise out of the ground and is on pace to add a floor every five working days.

1345 Wabash is the first new condo tower in downtown Chicago in years, and it’s targeting occupancy in March of next year.

“We have had very brisk sales since construction started,” reports CMK Realty’s Scott Hoskins. “The buyers have been owner-occupants who have been excited about 1345′s outstanding location, design and finishes, the exceptional pricing, and the near-term occupancy.”

1345 Wabash has one- and two-bedroom condominiums priced from the $220s. A sales center is open at 1620 S Michigan Ave.

So how many units have they sold? The most important fact is left out of the story.
