The 10 worst foreclosure markets: One of these things is not like the others

You’ve got to admit it’s getting better for nine of the 10 states hit hardest by foreclosures. Want to guess who the outlier is?

According to the AP, the spike from September to October was due to a state law passed earlier this year that delayed foreclosures for several months, keeping the number of filings artificially low until fall.
