In the first part of a two-part video, Belgravia Group Vice President Zev Salomon outlined the reasons for recent price discounts at Union Row, Belgravia’s new townhome development in East Pilsen. In the second half, he shows Joe Zekas around unit #D19, which features the largest yard at Union Row.
