One of the few things you can say for certain about the Millennial Generation is that its membership is huge in number.

Beyond the sheer size of this cohort, certainties vanish. Predicting the impact that Millennials will have on the sale and rental housing markets is, in some respects, akin to playing the lottery.

The latest Housing News Report from RealtyTrac recounts some of the facts about the Millennial Generation, and reports a great deal of speculation about its impact in a number of regional markets.
