The wait for the South Loop’s newest and most lavish apartment tower is over. The first residents will move into 1000 South Clark on February 15.
The community offers a broad selection of apartment layouts, ranging from attractively priced studios that start at $1,630 a month to 3-bedroom, 3-bath penthouses renting for more than $6,700 a month.
Luxury rental townhomes are extremely scarce in the South Loop, but 1000 South Clark features six three-bedroom, 3 ½ bath rental townhomes averaging 2,635 square feet. The townhomes include a two car garage and rent from $5,823 a month.
High-floor leases can be locked in now for as late as July occupancy. Floor plans and near real-time rent and availability info are online. The leasing office is open in an on-site trailer.
1000 South Clark will have six resident lounges, including a game room, a library lounge and wine bar, a 29th floor rooftop lounge and a chef’s kitchen.
A running track wraps around the building, continuing under the tower and past the 10,000 square foot 4th floor fitness center, serving up great east and north views.
Additional amenities include an indoor / outdoor pool, a basketball court, a squash court, a 20,000 square foot outdoor terrace, a dog care center and more.
Target is next door, and Jewel-Osco, Trader Joe’s and the CTA transit hub at Roosevelt Road are a few minutes’ walk away.
