Randolph Tower, 188 W Randolph, represents the conversion of the landmark 45-story Steuben Club, built in 1929, into 313 residential apartments with retail space at ground level.
From the lobby onward the décor is different — a colorful, fun array of whimsical shapes and textures. Step off the elevator on the 27th floor Sky Club level and you’re looking through a wall of glass at the skylit indoor pool, one of the city’s largest in a high-rise building.
