Units are priced from the $170s (garden) to the $320s. Features include diagonal hardwood floors, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Other features are rear decks and storage lockers. A furnished on-site model is open from 1pm to 4pm Sundays. The development is being marketed by Jameson Realty Group.

The quality of condo conversions in East Rogers Park is mixed but one thing’s certain: there are way too many projects in the neighborhood at the moment.
