For this second video from my recent visit to Avenue East, 160 E Illinois St, Casey Ebel from Equity Marketing Services gave me a tour of an east-facing two-bedroom / two-bath furnished model on the building’s 19th floor, and then we rode the elevator up to the amenities level on the 26th floor.
The 26th-floor common area at Avenue East is bigger than the standard high-rise party room, and it’s got a full-service kitchen and enough seating to serve a couple dozen guests. We also took a step out onto the roof patio, which has some nice views of the Streeterville / River North skyline.
