Townhouses on Ridge Blvd open themselves up in more ways than one

At a quick glance, we thought there were 14 units in this development, at 7345 N Ridge Blvd, because, well, we saw 14 front doors, seven above grade and seven slightly below. A call to listing agent Koenig & Strey, however, reveals that there are actually only seven units in the building, with three still available. That second set of doors? They’re separate entrances to the units’ full basements. Man, we wish we’d lived in a house like this when we were in high school and returning home past curfew. Prices on remaining units start in the $390s.
