Two-story living and rooftop views in a Motor Row Lofts two-bedroom

by Sponsored post on 11/4/09

Unit #508 is one of five duplexes on the top floor of Motor Row Lofts. At its lowest, the ceiling height of the loft’s living / dining area is 17 feet, says developer Paul Zucker. The home also has a private rooftop deck with views to the east, south, and west.

On November 15, Sheldon Good & Company will auction 20 of the remaining units at the Motor Row Lofts, 2303 S Michigan Ave in the South Loop. Motor Row Lofts will be open from noon to 3 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays in the lead-up to the auction.
