Approximately 40 of Emerald‘s 212 condominiums were still for sale at the beginning of this week, according to developer Bill Senne. Following my visit to Emerald’s lobby and common areas on Tuesday, I went up to the ninth floor of the development’s south tower to take a look at one of the building’s homes.
