“Wait a second. Wasn’t Yo just at Trump?” Yes, Mark and I recently visited the tower at 401 N Wabash Ave for its topping-out ceremony and even walked through a couple of its new residential condos. But until this week, we hadn’t had an opportunity to visit the building by ourselves, without the crowds of reporters and tour guides. Yesterday I took a stroll through Trump with sales manager Leah Harriet and Cyndy Salgado, Koenig & Strey GMAC Real Estate‘s vice president of development marketing.
In this video, Harriet and Salgado show me around one of Trump’s 286 hotel condominiums, which are priced from the $850s to $3.6 million. Salgado also explains the differences between Trump’s hotel condos and residential condos, and how each can appeal to a buyers depending on their priorities.
