As promised, here’s a video I made yesterday at the sales center of Silver Tower, which is located at 303 W Ohio St in River North. Jason Pohlonski showed me around the sales center and took me on a tour of the 1,190 square-foot furnished model, which has two bedrooms, two baths and a den area.
Pohlonski and I also looked at a scale model of the tower, and he pointed out some of the building amenities on the 12th-floor sky lobby and the 38th-floor common roof deck. Among other features, the roof deck will have a dog run, but if you’re wondering where else you can walk your dog in River North, it might be worth your while to check out Ohio Place Park, a small dog park under the Ohio Street feeder ramp that I discovered in September.
According to Pohlonski, 38 of the building’s 40 stories are in place. Prices for Silver Tower’s one- to three-bedroom condos are priced from the $290s to the $790s.
