Scaffolding and construction dumpsters have been common sights outside of Wabansia Avenue’s loft buildings this year. As we stood outside some of these developments last week, I asked @properties agent David Wolf about the kinds of maintenance Bucktown’s loft buildings tend to need, and how buyers can prepare for these repairs and the costs that come with them.
