Join Joe and Jordan Zekas for a drive – with vocals – along Tall Grass Lane, in the Conway Farms development in Lake Forest, where some home sellers have experienced rough times during the past few years.

Here’s the second hand news, via BlockShopper and Redfin. Four homes on Tall Grass Lane, built less than 10 years ago, have either sold or been foreclosed at significant losses. The two homes that are currently on the market have seen price reductions, one from $2.299M to $1.999M.
