It may not look like much now, but we can’t wait to see the realization of Garafalo Architects’ funky contemporary design for Noble Corners, located at 1209 N Noble St in Wicker Park. The multi-colored building will bring five two-bedroom condos and hopefully some much-needed spice to an otherwise drab area just west of the Kennedy Expressway.
Units will feature contemporary Cucina Copat cabinetry, polished concrete countertops, bamboo floors and ten-foot ceiling heights. Prices range from the $350s to the $390s, and Rubloff is handling sales.
