Over the weekend, a reader used our tip line to inquire about availability at Walton on the Park (seen above and below). After checking the listings for that building yesterday afternoon, I expanded my search to include all the listings at The Enterprise Companies‘ newest Museum Park high-rises. As of Tuesday afternoon, there were 567 new condos — 104 one-bedrooms, 271 two-bedrooms, 191 three-bedrooms, and one four-bedroom — for sale amongst them all. The six towers comprise 1,588 homes.
Now that Museum Park Place South and One Museum Park West have started delivering homes, all we’re waiting on is the completion of Walton on the Park later this year.
