Becuase today’s Kardas of the Day photos don’t give much of an impression of what Mod will look like when it’s completed, here’s another look at the artist rendering.
Sales are creeping along at Mod. They recently reached the halfway point with 28 of the 56 condos in the first building sold, which is just two better than what we reported in our February sales update. Ten $10,000 incentives were originally offered, and six of them have already been taken, according to Michael Battista of Jameson Realty Group.
Battista says there are four different one- and two-bedroom layouts to choose from that range in size from 830 to 1,430 square feet. Before the incentive, price points range from the $280s to the $490s.
Sales haven’t even begun on the smaller, 36-unit building, but Battista estimates that construction on that building should begin at about this time next year.
