Ryland Homes is offering buyers three-car garages at its new Hoffman Estates development Beacon Pointe. That’s enough space for a couple of big a** SUVs and a Hummer, but Ryland’s Bob Meyn says buyers commonly request the third space so that they have somewhere “to store their kids’ stuff.”
Homes at Beacon Pointe are priced from the $420s to the $530s. The development seems to be one of the few new-construction projects available in the Schaumburg employment corridor.
