One townhome remains at Wicker Park Square

Only one of seven townhomes remains for sale at Wicker Park Square, the Picket Fence Development project that also includes nine condos. Both townhomes and condos at the development have distinctive love-it-or-hate-it white stone and black wrought iron detailing (and a notable absence of picket fences). The 3,000-square-foot townhome, at the corner of Leavitt and Schiller streets in Wicker Park, has four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a rooftop deck with a hot tub and a price tag in the $850s.
