The 198 condos range from a 610 square-foot studio to a three-bedroom penthouse with 1,818 square feet. The building will also have a fitness center, business center and ground-floor retail. On the sixth floor, there’s an outdoor swimming pool and sun deck. Prices range from the $200s to the $740s.
