River North is a veritable smorgasbord of starter castles these days, as we discovered during our recent sojourn down the 400 and 500 blocks of Superior Street and a couple of surrounding streets. Reminds us of some similar colossal single-families under construction along Fulton Market in the West Loop. More pictures after the jump. The last photo is of a bunch of “London-like rowhomes” at 429 W Superior St. The 7,000-square-foot homes are being marketed by Coldwell Banker and are priced around $3.1 million.
