Step right up and get yer lofts. Hot on the heels of the announcement that the developer of Huron Street Lofts plans to auction the remaining units, the marketing agent for Paramount Lofts, 140 S Ashland Ave, has issued a press release in an effort to offload the final 10 units. Looks like some buyers must have given their units back, because in July, the folks at Paramount told us they were down to their final three units. Fancy that.
No auctions or deals here, unless you count “free parking” as a deal. (Being cynical for a moment we wonder if the cost of parking has been rolled into the price.) Paramount Lofts is a conversion of an old Wieboldt department store.
