Here are a rendering and floor plans for that live / work townhousy-thing at Westhaven Park that we told you about last week. As you can see, the ground floor of the three-story unit is almost entirely devoted to a fairly open-plan studio space measuring 12.2 x 39.6 feet.
There is a 6 x 10-foot kitchen on the first floor and a larger kitchen on the second floor. We’re still waiting to hear from the developer about details of the project, including whether any special zoning applies. We’ll keep you posted when we find out more.
