Every time we give you an update about Kargil Development‘s South Loop high-rise X / O, we seem to inspire spirited debate about whether the development is posting strong sales.
Kargil Development says in a press release today that, “more than 50 percent of the units in the first tower at 1712 S Prairie Ave have been sold since the development grand opened.” That grand opening, by the way, was November 11 last year. The 46-story tower contains 273 condos, which are currently priced from the low $300s to more than $2 million, according to the press release.
