It may look like something out of Silence of the Lambs, but this is the building at 1919 N Sheffield Ave, which we told you about recently. Developer Melrose Partners is constructing a new limestone facade and converting the Lincoln Park building into six two- and three-bedroom condos. The price tag starts in the $940s on these units, so let’s hope they do a helluva job. We’ll keep an eye on the building throughout the construction process.
