565 Quincy is a new high-rise condo tower built on top of an existing loft building. At the time of Joe’s visit last week, 27 of Quincy’s 240 lofts and condos were still available for sale, and the building has been turned over to the homeowners’ association.
Joe took a break from his tour through Quincy’s units to talk to Jacob Kaufman, executive vice president of Belgravia Group, about the state of 565 Quincy and the greater West Loop going into 2011.
