Coldwell Banker agents organized an open house “Tailgate Party” at 11 Northfield homes this afternoon. I visited 5 of them, several of which I’d previously seen and shot video at.
This was my first visit to 2053 Norfork, a 6-bedroom, 5 ½ bath home with a 3-car garage. The price was recently reduced to $2,249,000.
